Stainless Steel 317 and 317L ERW Pipes are austenitic stainless steels containing 18% chromium, 11% nickel, and 3–4% molybdenum. The 317L variant has lower carbon content to prevent carbide precipitation during welding, enhancing corrosion resistance. Typical tensile strength ranges from 515–720 MPa, with a yield strength of 205–450 MPa and a density of approximately 8.0 g/cm³. ERW manufacturing ensures uniform mechanical properties, dimensional accuracy, and structural integrity. These pipes maintain excellent corrosion resistance and mechanical strength in harsh chemical, industrial, and high-temperature environments.
