Monel K500 Tubing is a nickel-copper alloy that consists of about 63% nickel and 27–33% copper, along with aluminum (2.3–3.15%) and titanium (0.35–0.85%) to boost its strength through age-hardening. This alloy boasts impressive mechanical properties, featuring a tensile strength of up to 965 MPa and a yield strength of around 690 MPa, along with excellent hardness and wear resistance. It retains its strength and flexibility even at sub-zero temperatures and shows remarkable resistance to corrosion, stress-corrosion cracking, and erosion in both chemical and marine settings, making it perfect for high-stress, corrosive environments.
