Stainless Steel 310 and 310S Welded Tubing are composed primarily of iron, chromium (24–26%), and nickel (19–22%). This high chromium and nickel content provides excellent oxidation resistance and strength at elevated temperatures. Grade 310S has lower carbon content, enhancing weldability and reducing the risk of intergranular corrosion. Typical tensile strength ranges from 515–700 MPa, with yield strength of approximately 205–310 MPa. Welded construction ensures consistent wall thickness, dimensional accuracy, and dependable mechanical performance under thermal and mechanical stress.
