Stainless Steel 304L Seamless Tubing is an austenitic stainless steel composed mainly of iron, chromium (18–20%), and nickel (8–12%), with low carbon content to improve corrosion resistance. This composition provides excellent toughness, ductility, and oxidation resistance. Typical tensile strength ranges from 485–620 MPa, with yield strength of approximately 170–275 MPa. Seamless construction eliminates weld seams, ensuring uniform mechanical properties, improved pressure resistance, and dimensional consistency across a wide range of operating conditions.
