Stainless Steel 321/321H Seamless Tubing is austenitic stainless steel composed primarily of iron, chromium (17–19%), nickel (9–12%), and titanium for stabilization. The titanium content prevents carbide precipitation, improving resistance to intergranular corrosion. Grade 321H contains higher carbon levels, enhancing tensile strength and creep resistance at high temperatures. Typical tensile strength ranges from 515–700 MPa, with yield strength of 205–310 MPa. Seamless construction eliminates weld seams, ensuring uniform mechanical properties, high pressure resistance, and dependable performance in thermal and mechanical stress environments.
