304 Stainless Steel Seamless Pipes are austenitic stainless steels composed primarily of iron, chromium (18–20%), and nickel (8–10.5%). This balanced composition ensures excellent corrosion resistance, mechanical strength, and formability. Typical tensile strength ranges from 515–620 MPa, while yield strength is approximately 205–275 MPa. Seamless construction eliminates weld seams, providing uniform wall thickness and enhanced structural integrity. These pipes also offer excellent toughness and ductility, making them suitable for high-pressure and moderate-temperature applications requiring consistent mechanical performance and long service life.
