Stainless Steel 253MA Pipes are austenitic stainless steels containing approximately chromium (20–22%), nickel (10–12%), along with additions of nitrogen and rare earth elements such as cerium. This unique composition provides excellent oxidation resistance up to about 1150°C and superior creep strength. Typical tensile strength ranges from 600–750 MPa, with yield strength around 310 MPa. The alloy offers good ductility, toughness, and resistance to carburization and sulfidation, making it highly reliable for prolonged high-temperature service and cyclic heating applications.
