Stainless Steel 304L ERW Pipes are austenitic stainless steels composed primarily of iron, chromium (18–20%), and nickel (8–10.5%), with a maximum carbon content of 0.03%. This low carbon composition improves weldability and corrosion resistance, particularly after welding. The pipes provide tensile strength typically ranging from 485–620 MPa and yield strength of 170–275 MPa, along with excellent toughness and ductility. ERW manufacturing ensures consistent wall thickness and structural uniformity, resulting in reliable mechanical performance, dimensional stability, and long-term durability in corrosive and moderate-temperature environments.
