Stainless Steel 316Ti Seamless Pipes are austenitic stainless steels containing 16–18% chromium, 10–14% nickel, 2–3% molybdenum, and titanium for stabilization. The titanium addition prevents carbide precipitation, maintaining corrosion resistance and strength at elevated temperatures. These pipes typically offer a tensile strength of 515–720 MPa, a yield strength of 205–450 MPa, and a density of approximately 8.0 g/cm³. The seamless construction ensures uniform mechanical properties, excellent corrosion resistance, and structural integrity, making them ideal for high-temperature and chemically aggressive industrial applications.
