Stainless Steel 304L Tubing is an austenitic stainless steel composed mainly of iron, chromium (18–20%), and nickel (8–10.5%), with a low carbon content of up to 0.03%. This composition enhances corrosion resistance and weldability while maintaining good mechanical strength. The tubing offers tensile strength typically between 485–620 MPa and yield strength of 170–275 MPa, along with excellent toughness and ductility. Its low carbon content minimizes carbide precipitation during welding, ensuring structural stability, dimensional accuracy, and reliable performance in corrosive and moderately high-temperature environments.
