Stainless Steel 321 Tubing is a titanium-stabilized austenitic stainless steel alloy with 17–19% chromium, 9–12% nickel, and titanium to hinder intergranular corrosion due to carbide precipitation upon welding or exposure to high temperatures. The tubing provides a tensile strength range of 515–750 MPa and a yield strength of about 205 MPa. It shows exceptional oxidation resistance and strength of the structure at temperatures up to 870°C. 321 Stainless Steel has the structural integrity in high-heat environments and is characterized by its excellent weldability and formability under pressure.
